Household Income
In order to collect data on income/poverty for the state of Rhode Island go to the US Census website at http://www.census.gov/
For data on the state, go to the “Population Finder” on the right side of the page, select Rhode Island from the drop down menu in the “state” box, and click on “Go”
Click on “Fact Sheet” on the lower right side of the next page
For data on your town/city, type the name in the “city/town, county, or zip” box under Population Finder (keep Rhode Island in the box for the state) and click on “Go”
Use the “Economic Characteristics” section for data on income/poverty
